Four states of existance:
- Permanent - Owned by individual - Free to take - Free to borrow
Mark items using color sticker; use QR code for identification
QR code encodes equipment type and individual id
Library-like system: be able to check stuff out, have due dates, renewal, be able to tell who currently has item checked out
Equipment page contains instructions on using item, required precautions (if relevant), and number of this type of item available
